A tripartite agreement on education using elements of the dual form of education was signed between the Lesia Ukrainka Volyn National University, the Marie Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and graduate students of the Faculty of Law.
Rector of the University Anatoliy Tsyos, Dean of the Faculty of Law Anton Demchuk and graduate students Tetyana Valyanska, Vadym Grachuk discussed the prospects of such cooperation.
In particular, the Lesya Ukrainka University undertakes to provide educational services to postgraduate students of distance learning with elements of the dual form of education, and the UMCS Institute of Legal Sciences will implement the practical part of the educational process.
Anatoliy Tsyos noted: “This is the first such program both for Poland and for us, because we implement it only at the third educational level. Mediation is a unique specialization that is extremely necessary and urgent for today. "
