Round table of the student scientific problem group "Problems and prospects for improving the civil process in Ukraine"

On October 30, 2025, a round table of the Student Scientific Problem Group “Problems and Prospects for Improving Civil Procedure in Ukraine” of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines was held at the Faculty of Law.

Third-year students presented scientific reports in which they revealed the results of their research on the problems and prospects of digitalization of civil proceedings in Ukraine, compliance with the principle of access to justice in the context of digitalization of civil proceedings, improvement of the ESITS, improvement of special electronic court systems, the appropriateness of confirming representation by powers of attorney and warrants made in the Electronic Court, the admissibility of electronic evidence, etc.

The research topics chosen by the participants indicate a deep interest of higher education students in the civil process in general and outline the prospects for further scientific research.

The results of the research of young scientists will be published in the electronic collection of abstracts of the roundtable participants after November 5, 2025.
