Lectures on the topics: "Cyber ​​fraud, Internet security, BRAMA project" and "Respect for human rights in police activities"

30.10.2025 at the Faculty of Law for Higher Education Applicants 262 Law Enforcement Activities, at the invitation of Alla Mykolayivna Gorot, Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional, Administrative and International Law, guest lectures were given by Police Lieutenant Iryna Tsesar and Police Captain Ivan Danko, and Human Rights Inspectors of the Lutsk District Police Department Olga Krykun and Yulia Kratyuk.

During a guest lecture on the topic: "Cyber ​​fraud, Internet security, BRAMA project", the operational officer of the cybercrime counteraction department in the Volyn region, police lieutenant Tsesar Iryna, told the applicants about different types of cyber fraud and methods of combating this type of crime. She also introduced the applicants to the BRAMA platform, and offered to join this platform in case of detecting violations.

The head of the human rights sector of the Lutsk district police department, police captain Ivan Danko, and human rights inspectors of the Lutsk district police department, Olga Krykun and Yulia Kratyuk, during a guest lecture on the topic: "Compliance with human rights in police activities", introduced the applicants to international standards during detention, examples of the implementation of such international standards by police units, and the applicants were also introduced to the "Custody Records" system. The lecturer noted that police units respect human rights during detention and provide all necessary conditions to ensure such rights.
