On October 23, 2025, the Leonid Yuzkov Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference — the 24th Autumn Legal Readings titled 'Protection of Human Rights in Ukraine under Martial Law and in the Post-War Period', dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the European Convention on Human Rights.

Lecturers of the Faculty of Law — Yuliia Fidria, Head of the Department of Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement, and Denys Spiesivtsev, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines — took part in the conference.
The official opening of the academic event was conducted by Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Oleh Omelchuk, who addressed all participants with a welcoming speech.
