Lecturers of the Faculty of Law took part in the 24th Autumn Legal Readings titled 'Protection of Human Rights in Ukraine under Martial Law and in the Post-War Period'

On October 23, 2025, the Leonid Yuzkov Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference — the 24th Autumn Legal Readings titled 'Protection of Human Rights in Ukraine under Martial Law and in the Post-War Period', dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the European Convention on Human Rights.

Lecturers of the Faculty of Law — Yuliia Fidria, Head of the Department of Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement, and Denys Spiesivtsev, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines — took part in the conference.

The official opening of the academic event was conducted by Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Oleh Omelchuk, who addressed all participants with a welcoming speech.

The subject of discussion at the scientific event included substantial and timely presentations addressing contemporary challenges in legal doctrine, the practice of human rights protection, and the development of the European legal space. Among them:
