On 23 October, the Nomination Committee of the annual Saint Volodymyr Prize for the best academic legal publication convened for its session.
The official announcement of the competition results took place on 24 October during the opening of the International Academic and Practical Conference “The Twenty-Fourth Autumn Legal Readings: The Protection of Human Rights in Ukraine under Martial Law and in the Post-War Period”, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the European Convention on Human Rights.
COMPETITION RESULTS
Category: “Legal Theory; Theory of State and Law; Legal Encyclopaedia”, Section: “Textbooks and Teaching Aids”:
First place was awarded to editor and author Mykhailo Yatsyshyn and the team of contributors for the textbook Legal Foundations of Civil Society.

Category: “Criminal Law and Criminology; Penal Law; Criminal Procedure and Forensics”:
First place was awarded to Andrii Husak for his monograph Probation for Juveniles in Ukraine.
