A public discussion of the draft professional standard "Private Executor" was held at the Faculty of Law

On October 28, a public discussion of the draft professional standard "Private Executor" was held at the Faculty of Law with the participation of members of the expert group for the development of the standard and private executors of the Volyn region.

Experts – Serhiy Lysenko (Doctor of Law, Professor, Director of the Institute of Security of PrJSC “VNI “MAUP” - Head of the Expert Group), Anton Demchuk (Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Law of the Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University) and Denys Spesivtsev (Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of the Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University) highlighted the main prerequisites and purpose of forming a professional standard, as well as revealed the features of the work process for developing an important document for the entire profession and answered the questions of the discussion participants.

In turn, private contractors shared their thoughts on the standard, and also made suggestions regarding the requirements for competencies that are put forward to a private contractor in order to ensure the high quality of the professional activities carried out by ensuring the entry into the profession of highly qualified and responsible personnel.

Representatives of the Association of Private Teachers in the Volyn Region, Klekho Anatoliy, Kapitan Mykhailo, Pyroga Serhiy, Taranko Dmytro, Shulzhenko Ihor and others, joined the discussion.

The public discussion was just one of many platforms for open coverage of the process of developing a professional standard and considering its draft provisions within the framework of a system of tools for constant communication of the expert group with private performers in Ukraine, self-regulatory organizations, state authorities and the public.
