Information on minimizing corruption risks

If you become aware of any violations of anti-corruption legislation by university employees, and you have a reasonable belief that the information is reliable, you can report the facts you have discovered through the following tools:

– “Trust Boxes” located at each faculty of the university (access to such boxes is available to the dean, head of student government, and the commissioner for prevention and detection of corruption)

– hotline +380(98)35-98-035 (preferred calling hours Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00).

– by e-mail

– fill out the electronic application form:

– a single portal for whistleblower reports

– personally to an authorized person, days and hours of reception: Mon–Fri: 09:00–18:00 (main building, Volya Ave., 13, room 101)

Any person, having a reasonable belief that the information is reliable, has the right to report a violation of the requirements of the Law at the University. Persons who provide assistance in preventing and combating corruption are protected by the state in accordance with current legislation.

Please note: reports of corruption must contain one or more signs of a violation of the requirements of the Law by officials, employees or contractors of the University, in particular, a violation of restrictions on:

receiving an unlawful benefit (Article 22 of the Law);

receiving gifts (Article 23 of the Law);

preventing and resolving conflicts of interest (Article 28 of the Law);

non-compliance with legal acts on ethical conduct;

violation of financial control requirements (Articles 45–46, 51–52 of the Law), etc.

A report on possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of the Law, made through external or internal channels of reporting such information, is subject to preliminary consideration by the authorized person within a period of no more than ten working days from the date of entering this information into the Unified Portal of Whistleblower Reports.

Other written appeals without indicating the place of residence, not signed by the author(s), as well as those from which it is impossible to establish authorship, in accordance with Part One of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens’ Appeals” are recognized as anonymous and are not subject to consideration. The information provided will be used as a source for making a decision on the need for an appropriate response in accordance with the requirements of the Law.
