IX International Scientific and Practical Conference "Problems of Ensuring the Protection of Human Rights"

The event was organized with the aim of unifying the efforts of scientists and practitioners in solving the problems of ensuring and protecting human rights, as well as implementing international human rights standards, increasing the effectiveness of the European Convention on Human Rights.

The priority directions of the conference are:

– the current state of compliance with the constitutional rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen in Ukraine;

– international legal mechanisms and guarantees for ensuring human rights;

- observance of human rights in the activities of law enforcement agencies;

– the role of the prosecutor's office in observing the rights and freedoms of individuals in criminal proceedings: theory and practice;

– the current state of compliance with the right to a fair trial in Ukraine: problems and ways to solve them;

- human rights in war conditions

- violation of international humanitarian law in Ukraine.

REQUIREMENTS FOR DESIGN OF MATERIALS:

Scientific reports of participants are drawn up as scientific articles or theses of reports, which will be published in the electronic collection of conference materials:

-      матеріали повинні відповідати вимогам постанови президії ВАК України № 7-05/1 dated 15.01.2003 "On increasing the requirements for professional publications included in the lists of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine" and state standards;

-     матеріали подаються в електронному варіанті (електронною поштою) у форматі doc. or rtf., a Microsoft Word editor with the author's last name in the file name. The theses, review and payment receipt (jpg format) are attached to the registration form. Post-graduate students and applicants add a review of the scientific supervisor or an extract from the protocol of the meeting of the department about the recommendation for printing;
