Expanding horizons through cooperation with the Wyższa Szkoła Kształcenia Zawodowego

At the Institute of Administration and Political Sciences of the Higher School of Vocational Education (Wyższa Szkoła Kształcenia Zawodowego) in Wrocław, a meeting of the institute's management with a delegation from the Faculty of Law of the Lesia Ukrainka Volyn National University was held, consisting of:
Prof. Dr. Andriy Dukhnevych - Head of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines;
Assoc. Prof., Dr. Natalia Karpinska - Professor of the Department of Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement
A cooperation agreement between the educational institutions was signed during the meeting.

The result of this meeting was the planning of a series of thematic events for students of both universities, which will be implemented at the School of Democracy, operating on the basis of the Institute of Administration and Political Sciences:
The development of democracy and its impact on society and the state will be presented by American expert Eric Putsig, president of the Build Ukraine Democracy organization;
The modern challenges of international relations, politics and the functioning of local governments in wartime, as well as the formation of democratic practices in the European context will be covered by the Dean of the Faculty of International Relations of the Lesya Ukrainka University, Professor Antonina Shulyak;
The use of digital tools for the development of democracy will be presented by the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the Lesya Ukrainka University, Candidate of Laws, Associate Professor Anton Demchuk;
The implementation of agreements between Ukraine and the EU and the harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with EU law in wartime will be covered by Professor Andriy Dukhnevych, Head of the Department of Civil Law of the Lesya Ukrainka University.
During the meeting, prospects for cooperation with the Volyn Mediation Center (Lutsk) were also discussed. The agreement signed with the Mediation Center provides for the exchange of experience in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation in wartime.
